After intensive days along the spectacular Lycian coast – with its sunken cities, small anchorages and historical sites – we set course back north.

Our goal: Port Iasos, a quiet marina on the west coast of Türkiye and our base for the rest of our stay in the country.

Overall, we covered 287 nautical miles .
The trip stretched from 27 June to 19 July 2022 and took us through varied conditions: calm mornings, thermal winds in the afternoon and short night sails where we could enjoy the quiet beauty of the Aegean Sea.

Port Iasos proved to be an ideal place to once again immerse ourselves in the Turkish way of life, make repairs to the boat, and prepare for the next major stages of our journey.
