San Cristóbal Galápagos – where the animals rule the island

You can reach it by speedboat Puerto Baquerizo Moreno, the small capital of the island from Santa Cruz – but there is also the option of flying with the island hopper.

"San Cristóbal is the Galápagos island where nature and everyday life merge particularly closely. While Santa Cruz is more heavily influenced by tourism and Isabela impresses primarily with its volcanoes, on San Cristóbal you encounter the famous sea lions even while strolling through the capital."
